Her player drew her and allowed me to lend idea and design, so I made these outlines~
Shina is another OC from Kumogakure and will wear these clothes after her participation in this year's Chuunin exam. She is a talented assassin and has a Kuchiyose contract with the snakes.
Her hands aren't drawn yet because there will be some Lightning chakra around them... I think this will result in very interesting light effects :3
